The Terrier, Lurcher and Family Dog Show 31/7/16

What a super event organised by the EKHwWS Supporters' Club. The atmosphere was wonderful and Kennels were looking terrific. A huge thank you to the Supporters' Club team who organised this and set it all and to Stephen and his team for making us swell with pride as many visitors paused as they came up the drive and passed kennels to admire all of the hard work and the Supporters' Club for their work and financial contribution. The sun shone, there were plenty of entries and some super looking dogs.

Also a huge thank you to Robert Goddard and family for judging and stewarding the Terrier and Family Dog Classes. What fine people. It must have been as soon as they got home that Robert posted this to the EKHwWS Facebook page:
"I would just like to say thank you for my invitation to judge at your Terrier show today. The day seemed a thorough success as was your exquisite hospitality towards my Wife, daughter(who judged and stewarded the companion show) and I. I would also like to thank the exhibitors who not only gave me an exceptional entry in both quality and quantity, they all accepted my decisions sportingly. I was happy with both my dog and bitch winners"
Thanks, as ever, to The Crouch Clear Round Dog Show Jumping that provided a different sort of entertainment and delivered the blogger's raffle win to the door - glug!
