In good spirits of all sorts

Apologies for the lack of updates - this is very, very busy time of year. Thankfully this craziness will be brought to a close by our fabulous Boxing Day Meet when hundreds, if not a thousand, will turn out to drown out the noise made by our opponents and show their support for THE great Christmas tradition.

In the meantime we continue to enjoy the delight of watching our hounds work a trail, albeit for your correspondent, short days as fencing, picture framing, book design and all the other "musts" have called them away from hounds at work.

Also during this period we have said a final farewell to one of our supporters who will be the subject of  separate post.

Our hosts have, once again been terrific - meets and country - we thank you all.
