There's whipping-in and then there is just whipping!

A large crowd gathered and enjoyed the hospitality of our hosts (thank you) while waiting for the arrival of staff, hounds, Masters and the good-sized mounted field.

It is noticeable that this season the mood is buoyant and the atmosphere particularly warm, friendly and cohesive. After some of the difficulties that have been faced since the marriage of the West Street and East Kent the newly formed hunt has now established its own sense of identity without a suggestion of any division. This is a huge achievement for which credit is due to the officers, Masters and, indeed, the supporters, mounted booted and wheeled.

The Stern

Who was whipped at the meet?
Who was "snogged" by one of the Master's horse?
Who started the trend of stripping at the Meet?
